If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on MCwigs.com or AdornACollection.com, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of ship date. All items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached) and in original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable. Returned products must be mailed or shipped by a reputable US carrier utilizing a tracking number. Milano assumes no responsibility for wigs lost during transit.

Odor-Free: Any odors on your item will render it ineligible for return or exchange, or may be subject to a $55 restocking fee. Milano Collection shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a product has been altered from its original condition. Please allow 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to be processed from the time it is received by Milano. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Custom orders, Special Orders, Clearance Items or items that have been colored or altered in any way are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

In Stock Policy: If your item is not in stock you will be notified by email within 1 business day. You will then have the option of choosing another style or waiting 8-10 weeks to receive your requested item.
