Customer is responsible for all shipping costs including any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your choice of style or color, you may exchange your wig for any wig of equal value or use as credit towards the purchase of a Milano wig of higher value or any other products available on www.MCwigs.com. Exchanges must be within 15 days of purchase on unaltered wigs in original factory condition with original tag only. Milano Collection shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig has been altered from its original condition. Precut wigs must be exchanged within 3 business days of delivery of order. Special-order items are not eligible for exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

In Stock Policy

If your item is not in stock you will be notified by email within 1 business day.

You will then have the option of choosing another style or waiting 6-8 weeks to receive your requested item.

If your item is not in stock you may choose to cancel your order within 48 hours after being notified.
